Welcome to A-Game Solutions. Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before purchasing, enrolling in, or using any of our services, programs, or content (collectively, the “Services”).   • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and any activity under your account.

  • You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

4. Payment and Billing

  • Fees for our Services are clearly stated at the time of purchase. Payment must be made in full unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.

  • We use third-party payment processors (such as Podia or Stripe) and are not responsible for errors by those providers.

5. Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers

  • Workshops and Programs: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the start date may be eligible for a partial refund (less admin fees). No refunds are offered for cancellations made within 14 days.

  • Coaching Packages: Sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled. Missed sessions without notice are forfeited.

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed via the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, resources, course content, and tools provided by A-Game Solutions are owned by us or our licensors.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use these materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit our materials without prior written consent.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share or misuse program content or intellectual property.

  • Harass, abuse, or disrupt other participants or facilitators.

  • Use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

We reserve the right to remove you from any program or platform if your conduct is deemed inappropriate, without refund.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • Our Services are educational and developmental in nature. We do not provide medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

  • While we aim to deliver high-quality experiences, outcomes may vary depending on individual effort and context.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, A-Game Solutions is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

9. Privacy and Data Protection
